On April 22, 2015 a reception was held at the SPIRE building to welcome LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) to the exclusive downtown residence. LIV SIR will reside within the SPIRE building at 891 14th St., serving as a direct resource to SPIRE residents’ all encompassing real estate needs.
